Heritage Square has a nurse on staff as well as 24-Hour staff attendants, assuring residents of medical assistance day or night.

All Heritage Square staff are certified in first aid and CPR

Staff member also assist with the ordering of medications, personal care needs and activities of daily living.

To ensure safety, Heritage Square Staff Members monitor all medicines unless a Physician suggests medicines be kept at the Resident's bedside.

In addition, call light systems are in every Resident's Room, with an Emergency call system in the Resident's Bathroom. All signals ring into the nurse's station.

When a signal is received from a Resident's Room to provide help, instead of merely responding by intercom.
